singer headlined the first day at the coveted festival

Coachella 2024 kicked off this past weekend (April 12). The annual festival extravaganza came with cutting-edge music and jaw-dropping art installations. This year’s headliners are Lana Del Rey, Tyler the Creator, Doja Cat, and a slew of other performers. Lana kicked off the first night with a “Great Gatsby” themed performance that has received rave reviews. The singer’s special guests, Jon Batiste and Billie Eilish, joined her for duets. However, her dirt buggy motorcade entrance isn’t the only moment that stole the show. Lana Del Rey debuts special edition vinyl at Coachella!

Record Safari’s tent on the festival grounds has exclusive “Coachella” edition copies of Lana’s “Did You Know There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd”. The vinyl comes with new artwork; only 100 copies are sold per weekend. Lana’s latest LP (whose title is too long to retype) was the second best-selling vinyl record of 2023. It sold an estimated 132,000 vinyl units and received rave reviews from fans and critics.

Ska group No Doubt also reunited at the music festival this year. Their performance was one of the most anticipated performances from the fest. No Doubt also had a special edition vinyl sold at the fest as well. The group’s “Orange County” greatest hits compilation was also sold at the Record Safari’s tent.
There is no word on whether these special edition vinyls will be available outside the fest. However, you can get both standard edition vinyls here and celebrate these performers in the comforts of your home. Summertime won’t have sadness this year!
